The pastor claims he is the cure to the coronavirus, he says if he prays for the patients, within 3-5 days he will cure them. Comedian, I Go Dye, donates his mansion to the Federal government to be used as an Corona Virus Isolation center (photos)

Comedian, Francis Agoda aka I Go Dye, has announced plans to donate his mansion to the Federal government to be used as an Isolation center as the nation continues to battle the Coronavirus pandemic. The comedian says he is worried by the increasing number of COVID19 cases recorded each day and as such, is donating his mansion as his own contribution towards the efforts of the government to control, prevent, isolate and treat those diagnosed or to be treated in future. He also called on the Federal government to implement a two weeks total lockdown so as to curb the spread of the ravaging viral disease. AY reveals the challenges celebrities face when giving to charity

Comedian, AY Makun has opened up about the challenges he and other celebrities face when giving to the needy. He said when celebrities give in private, they are usually called out on social media for being stingy and not joining their fellow celebrities to help the poor. When they decide to take photos and videos of their giving and share publicly, they are accused of showing off. He added that when companies give back to society and announce it, it’s called “Corporate Social Responsibility”, but when individual celebrities so it, they are shamed for showing off their acts of charity. Nigeria records 117 new cases of Coronavirus

117 new cases of Coronavirus have been recorded in Nigeria. According to the Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC), 59 new cases were recorded in Lagos, 29 in FCT, 14 in Kano, 6 in Borno, 4 in Katsina, 3 in Ogun and one each in Rivers and Bauchi state. The total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria have now risen to 782. See the breakdown of cases by states, as at Tuesday April 21 below;

‘I have more respect for you after making a mistake and owning up to it’ – Don Jazzy tells Funke Akindele

Don Jazzy has applauded actress Funke Akindele-Bello for owning up to her mistake after her faceoff with the Lagos state government. Recall that the actress and her hubby, JJC Skillz, were arraigned before an Ogba Magistrate court by the state government for holding a house party in their Amen estate home on April 5 despite the social distancing order.
